The 21-Day Sankalpa

One resolve,
kept together,
for twenty-one days.

In Ayurveda, twenty-one days is the threshold at which the body begins to remember a new rhythm. Choose a small habit. Walk it with friends. Mark each morning together.

A circle in three small steps

Easy enough to start in five minutes.
Quiet enough to keep for twenty-one days.

STEP 01

Gather your friends

Name the circle, set a start date, list the first names of the people you want to walk with. No accounts, no signup.

STEP 02

One link, one habit each

Send a single link via WhatsApp. Each friend opens it, taps their name, and writes the one habit they’ll keep.

STEP 03

Mark each morning

One tap per day. See your own progress and the circle’s together. After twenty-one days, the rhythm is yours.

Why twenty-one

The threshold of dinacharya.

Classical Ayurveda holds that a single rotation of the lunar cycle plus a week — twenty-one days — is the span in which a new daily rhythm, dinacharya, stops being an act of will and starts being who you are. Not magic. Just enough repetition for the body to stop arguing.

दिनचर्या
“The day's rhythm, kept softly, becomes the body's memory.”
What you might choose

Keep it under five minutes. The smaller the habit, the surer the rhythm.
